Fashion Designer Tim Gunn Working On New Fashion Book Aimed At The Everyday Consumer
Keeping up with style trends is hard enough for designers, but for the average consumer it is a nearly impossible feat. Tim Gunn appears on nearly episode of the hit fashion reality series, 'Project Runway,' where he is shown critiquing and advising hopeful designers before they unveil their latest creations.
As such, Gunn has managed to establish a rather large cult following. He is credited for coming up with catch phrases such as, “make it work,” and seen by many as a sort of godfather of style.
Dressing in nothing but expertly tailor suits, Gunn believes that he has what it takes to help the fashion clueless define their style. His new book titled "Tim Gunns Fashion Bible: The Fascinating History of Everything in Your Closet" is expected to be a big hit among fans, but his main objective is to assist those that aren't in the know. The former Parsons The New School Of Design instructor has many years of design experience under his belt, and he also believes that his new book, which is the sequel to "Gunn's Golden Rules" will sell even better than the New York Times bestseller.
If you like the idea of dressing more fashionably but you don't know where to start then Tim Gunns Fashion Bible: The Fascinating History of Everything in Your Closet" is a definite buy. Although the book is not due until sometime in 2012, wannabe fashionistas can pick up his older title and study up until his latest title debuts.
