Aqua Titanium Necklaces Popular with Sports Stars

Fans of Major League Baseball who have been following the World Series are likely to have noticed that players are now wearing necklaces that look a lot like a thick length of rope. This latest fashion fad actually has quite a bit more to it than meets the eye, with a specific effect intended for the wearer of the new necklace. It turns out, the necklaces are even sold over the web via the MLB and are called Phiten ropes. Their purpose is to stabilize the electrical current within the human body to promote the flow of energy. The products are each treated with metal that has been dissolved in water known as aqua titanium. Some critics are decrying the recent trend and saying that it is far more about fashion than boosted effects for pro level players, but many others are not quite so sure. As with any other trend in fashion, it is easy for the fashion world to pass on sports themed fashions even though the looks commonly catch fire with the public due to the popularity of athletes.

This is not the first time that jewelry has become hot in the MLB. Back in 2001, players discovered products in Japan that were designed with magnets and other substances within them that were intended to improve a range of physical traits such as endurance, balance and dexterity. Only 3 years later, in 2004, the World Series featuring the Boston Red Sox players wearing Phiten necklaces rocketed them into popularity. These latest necklaces are $50 each but fans are buying them up like hot cakes.
